Convenience Services
The fees for these services are calculated by using estimated labor hours and fuel charges. The final bill for some convenience services will be the service fee + any additional charges for groceries, boat fuel, docking fees, equipment rental etc.
Property Check: This service is generally used when the property owner simply needs someone to look in on the property when they are to be away for an extended period of time, when bad weather conditions have caused damage in nearby areas, or if you just need someone to go in and turn on the heating or cooling before you arrive.
Basic Clean: Bathroom & kitchen wipe down, dust all surfaces, sweep, vacuum, & mop
Departure Cleanup: Take out the trash, do the dishes, launder towels and linens, make beds, bathroom and kitchen wipe down, dust all surfaces, sweep, vacuum, and mop
Lawn Services: Everything from a basic mow to pruning and landscaping
Watercraft preparation: May include pick-up and delivery from a dry dock area or maintenance shop, fueling, and cleaning
Grocery Services: This service includes the shopping, delivery, and unloading of the grocery products you request. A grocery list must be e-mailed to a SLHS representative no later than 3 days before your estimated arrival date. If you desire a specific brand name, it must be specified, otherwise the shopper will purchase the most economical brand available. Total invoice will be the service fee + the cost of goods.
Handyman Services: Homeowner must specify the types of projects that need to be completed so that the appropriate SLHS representative is sent to handle the task.
